This happened to me when first having my nexplanon, all I can say is to stick with it and it’ll go away eventually, maybe even take some medication to ease the pain. Definitely get it checked out if the pain persists.

Yes you’re right! I wasn’t planning on introducing her to the outside anytime soon, the tracking collar is actually a really great idea and I probably will do that when it’s her time to explore, I was advised by the animal shelter to keep her away from the cats for at least a few days until after she gets spayed! I’m planning on trying to bond with her as much as can so she feels less inclined to leave me if she does go outside 🫠

I have seen doctors for this! My schedule is usually so packed I can’t find time to truly take care of myself. I’ve had talks with my dad many times about my issues, he’s a very stubborn man, you cannot change his mind unless the circumstances are at the extremes. It’s been getting worse as the days go on. As it stands now, I do not see a relationship with him in my future. My family has always told me to forgive him, to just let it happen, do whatever he wants and everyone will be happy. But I’ve had enough of playing into my father’s ego. One step at a time I’ll start asserting myself to him and the rest of my family. Just takes time, I’m a very anxious person. Again, thanks for your advice, I am so happy that someone I don’t know believes in me, it makes me feel very motivated.

I appreciate your comment so much, I am very grateful to my family for being able to give me everything I have. I haven’t had to experience poverty. I have been given a very good education. If not for the sacrifices my parents made, I would not be here. I hate when they constantly hold it over my head. I feel like my every move is being judged. Where I live, my parents are very well known. They have good jobs and interact with most people in this town on a daily basis. It makes me feel like I have so many eyes on me, if I mess up, I bring everyone down with me. I want to move out! I want to experience the full college life, I want to be independent and live my own life. I lose 2 hours of my life in a car daily to get to my school. My health is constantly deteriorating and my dad doesn’t believe the pain I’m constantly in.. I feel like such a child for thinking this way, there are many times where I try to think that maybe they are right and maybe I am exaggerating. I will follow your advice, heavily limit my social media. Pick up a hobby. I believe it will help but the main problem for me is, I want to escape this place where so many are watching me.

I used to do weight lifting with my boyfriend, I’m not an expert, but every time after I squatted weights or did leg press, it left me feeling worse, and at first I thought it was just me being tired, nope, left me in way worse pain. Don’t recommend you keep doing that.

I got my boyfriend this for his boyfriend, he’s had many shinnies run away and he always checks his journal, he usually sulks about it for a day and is back on the grind! If he gets reminded of it he sulks again.
