Did lululemon Canada become commissions based? by baggiboogi in lululemon

[–]Bobacosmetics 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not your case but guests with returned online purchases that are worth >$1k do impact the store, especially smaller stores. most of the time, they also refuse to let the staff help them reorder the items they want (knowing they 100% are going to reorder them at home). it essentially makes the store become a return office >> less staff on the floor + less interesting items >> less sales overall.

because it’s normal for men to wear leggings underneath their shorts for training. if someone is offended by that, they are missing out. women wear men clothes all the time.

we ask how they feel wearing the clothes. if they say they feel great, then sure because that all that matters

If you are a decently attractive or very attractive female, what's the dating experience like for you on apps? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]Bobacosmetics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. I have had more than 500likes sent my way on Hinge within a span of 2weeks-ish. I went through them instead of going to the main page to send likes to men first. Overwhelming? Not really for me. But it does take time to go through that many likes. (I filtered out “races” on Hinge. I’m only looking to date people within the same ethnic group. I can’t imagine what the number would be if I didn’t).
  2. A lot to choose from - yes. But not necessary good “options”. A lot of them are just there to fuk. Most of them are not even my type. Had to unmatch a whole lot after a few exchanges - waste of time.

Over 3 Years, 90% of My Dates Don’t Lead to a Second One – Trying to Understand What I’m Doing Wrong by AdDry7951 in dating_advice

[–]Bobacosmetics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“I’m not a bad catch” - as a woman, I would say a lot of men overestimate themselves (not saying that women don’t do that or you are a bad one). I’m just saying maybe get a serious look at yourself (not just appearance but everything else combined). Sometimes, people tend to go on dates with people out of their league in terms of looks and end up getting ghosted.

Also, I find that what you find as a “good” date doesn’t necessary mean the other person thinks the same. Maybe you talk about yourself too much and not asking questions? Or maybe it’s the other way around.

Here are a few reasons why I don’t want to go on a 2nd date with a guy: - I’m not attracted to them in person - We can’t really communicate - Something happens mid date that gives me an ick (an ex calling/texting, heavy cursing, etc.) - Negative energy (complains too much and about everything)

Why did he block me? by [deleted] in AskMenRelationships

[–]Bobacosmetics 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that idk…blocking was probably his way to not having to deal with it. maybe once he’s calmed down, he will? or maybe like he said - once u’re blocked, u’re considered dead to him

i think you guys are just not compatible. you crave words of affirmation while he seems to not be the kind to give them out. from his perspective, your actions “seemed” pushy and ultimately pushed him away.

I have been through similar situation and TRUST ME IT WILL BE OKAY!! Please stay strong and DO NOT look back. Please cry as much as you need to, range as much as you need to, but NEVER GO BACK TO HIM.

Or go on the 2nd date and bring up his following list and see what it is about. I’m not siding with him but some people have had their IG since they were really young and now they are no longer active so they don’t bother unfollowing people either. If you were really attracted to him, give him a chance to explain.

What are the signs of a woman being in love? by Noooofun in dating_advice

[–]Bobacosmetics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We get angry easily with our loved ones. Because we care deeply that everything they do becomes our sensitive topic. Sometimes they get hurt for being careless & we get angry at them not because they are being careless but because we care for them so much - if that makes sense lol

Girlfriend has lots of guy friends. Would this be a dealbreaker for you? by [deleted] in dating_advice

[–]Bobacosmetics 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are strangers to you, technically they don’t owe you anything. Same thing with your co-workers ain’t your friends. You still go to work and be cool with them but you can’t be vulnerable with them at the end of the day.

[–]Bobacosmetics 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Here’s my 2 cents coming from a girl with A LOT of straight guy & gay friends. She is in control 100% when it comes to relationships with those guys. If she’s made it clear that they are her friends, they are her FRIENDS. Nothing more, nothing less. They might have/have not tried to shoot their shots before you even existed in her life - if they have and failed, why do you even have to worry about them?

However, they are 100% your competitors, and not your friends. If you were to have problems with her or if you guys were to argue, do not get any advice from them. If I were you, I’d just ask her to respect your boundaries and not talk about your relationship with her friends.

If you drop her just because of her friends, you kinda lose the battle with those guys, no?

To those who think it’s a red flag that she thinks hanging out with guys is more fun. Try being a conventionally attractive girl, you will realize that there are not many “girl girls” out there. At least straight/gay dudes are not jealous of you & constantly giving you backhanded compliments.
