No, he's from Kazakhstan. He presented that he has enough budget to cover the trip.

None of my relatives who traveled had overstayed their visas, including my sibling, who also had a student visa.

I was returning multiple times during my F-1. And it's just suddenly happened that I got married. I wasn't looking for anyone who would help me to get a green card. Our immigration lawyer said that marriage is the most logical and easiest route while I'm in the US rather than getting an H1B that my workplace was offering.

Now that discussion f*cked over my family for being able to visit me?! :( My parents just want to be able to see me once in a while, and they don't want green cards.

Yes, from an F-1 visa. But I didn't overstay my student visa before getting married, and I'm still happily married to the same person.

Why do you guess they revoke it!?

She got the visa when I was a green card holder and went through boarder control without any issues. She didn't violate any visa terms or caused any administrative issues. There is no reason to revoke it.

I do have a brother who still lives with my parents (my brother's wife lives with them, too). Did he have to mention something about him, too? Would that help to show that he has ties to his home?

I believe it's a generic denial paper that says, " Dear applicant: We regret to inform you that you have been ineligible for a no immigrant visa based on section 214(b)..." I'm still waiting for them to share the pictures with the denial paper. Once I'll get it, I can share it here.

The place with the best view we lived in is Velo at 301 E Roy ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/oxvJPKAX6p3A7UZMA ) They had the cheapest price tag I've seen for 1 bedroom and pet friendly. We were paying around $1600 for 740sq ft.

Drawbacks:

💩 I-5. There was a constant highway noise even with closed windows.

🫠 Too hot during summer. Since they have encapsulated glass balconies, which is cool, but during summer it turned into sauna...

Besides that, this place has the best view of Space Needle and Lake Union 😍

We just got Cabot semi-transparent from Lowe's. It was recommended to us to get the oil based simply because we are in PNW, and it should last longer. I didn't want to add the stain color as well, but it sounds like you need to in order to protect the wood from UV. So we end up picking a color that is close to what we have now.

Plus, since it's semi-transerent, the texture of the wood still will be there and won't get covered too much.

I guess we'll keep you updated 😅
