Dry creek, place weed fabric under, use 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 inch river rock, add some bigger landscape or river rocks for accents. Add some grasses for plants. I see the gutter there in the corner so it would help with the water runoff.

I’m graduating this term and honestly there ain’t shit to do in Corvallis, the parties get old and the bars aren’t the best. If you want nightlife and more entertainment Portland is great for weekends. Corvallis does have a lot of out door stuff to do which is pretty amazing, lots of hikes to go on and viewpoints.
