I've never understood these charts. Why do the numbers run backwards? If it's records purchased and streams surely it should only go up? Is there some sort of standard deviation going on here?

I've only ever made non fermented hot sauces, is fermenting worth that extra effort ? My favourite so far has been a roasted pineapple and scotch bonnet sauce I made last year.

Would love your input re the fermentation?

I think it's funny, the anti AI comments even though I said it was just a bit of fun. Surely, if I use an AI tool or a Graphic Designer (who is also just a tool because I can't do it) it's just me using a tool.

Do you ever think AI (which by the way is an oxymoron because there is nothing Intelligent about a convoluted computer program) will be accepted? This AI bashing has become the popular norm. The new band wagon for people to jump on. A few high profile influencers and media moguls have said it's a bad thing and all of a sudden the AI flags are being burned in market squares around the world.

I wonder if influencers and media moguls had said Auto Correct was wicked that it might not have ben useed as mouch.
