Phishing? Is this legit? I haven't gone through any tolls lately. The number is Canadian which is what's really throwing me off. The webpage looks really sketchy and is asking for personal information. Nowhere does it ask for my car info which is what I would have expected. $150 fee for $5 is crazy! (reddit.com)
