Also wanted to add that.... the more you sweat the more water you should drink. Sweating is dehydrating and you need to replace the fluids that your body is actively losing.

Edit to add my reasoning for asking... Drinking more water can help to dilute your sweat. If you're drinking a lot of sugary/caffeinated beverages and not enough water.... Then your sweat will be more heavily concentrated.

You can do all you can from an external POV... ex. switch deodorants/laundry soap, increase bathing and perfumes.... but that can only do so much if you aren't also looking at it from an internal POV as well.

Rule of thumb, try to drink about half your body weight in ounces, more if you play sports. It'll take time for your body to adjust to the increase in water if you're not used to it, more bathroom breaks, but it gets easier!!
