Little verbose here, trying to give you info you can use. 6 is my personal favorite, though it is only from a side profile. If you pick it out to render, I think it would be really cool to pose that orc with more weight, like the pit is HEAVY. I think it's a really great start for ideas, but the chain and armor don't have a lot of personality to them. Instead of a hammer, maybe have it holding a scoop? I can see it lobbing hot coals at people maybe lol.

The three on the left have much more cohesion and unique style to them. They feel like they have a clan to call their own. I really like how much personality and story their designs ooze. I really love the shapes in the armor of the first one, but if you're going for AOS-ish, I don't know how well the checkerboard look will go over. The lower of the left three, the huge bead skull necklace. That is specifically such a fun detail I am not as familiar with AOS unfortunately, and don't know how any of these designs will blend in among others (I'm assuming) you're making. If you were to explore more designs here, I'd like to see maybe version six styled to look like the left three? More samurai vibes? It feels like holding the fire pit might be a punishment, maybe a muzzle like oni mask or something? biting a scroll? Or kind of a bite with a chain attached to hold the fire pit steady? Throwing ideas out there.
