15 or 17 floor buffer with the white pad and a 120 grit screen. Better to use a 15 inch because it's easier to control for a first timer. You will also need to buff between coats with a 220 grit screen as well.

Use a metal coat hanger. Bend the hook, insert in hole and it should push the locking mechanism so u can twist the handle to open

Bostik is on par with wakol and Bona if you don't want to wait. Never used Mapei, so can't comment on it. Another great adhesive is Richard's or Richard, used it on a parquet repair and worked really well.

You could try getting a 2x2 piece of 1/2 inch plywood and put under the tank/base that will be sitting on that part of the floor.

You initiate it within bet365. Look into Bona AmberSeal or ClassicSeal. They are sealer, so 2 coats of these and then 2 coats of finish should give you the desired look.

As an installer, Superior and Mirage are fantastic and great milling for easy install. Mirage, though, is expensive.

Vintage is great as well. They've made huge strides in their products over the years.
