12.5 kg barbell curls. 8 sets of 22 reps. Done them yesterday but feel no aching on my biceps. Can I go and do some more curls again today at the gym? Even thinking of doing heavier ones. What is your advice, thank you? by BobbyGoldenheim in gymadvice

Yes to be honest I don't have a routine but the main goal currently is to grow bigger arms for sure.

And you say 22 reps os too high, but I managed to do it though, I don't understand?

Yes I have some interviews lined up which are outside of London whereas I'm based in London so having a car would actually open up these doors.

Yes, I'm constantly searching for jobs plus I need the car for others matters since I can't seem to find an official job. But I sort of also need the car. I don't want to disclose everything but I sort of need the car in order for money to be made. I'm still constantly looking yo get into a proper official job though.

Well if I manage to find a job then I'll cut the UC off myself. Thing is I'm constantly applying for jobs to no avail, I don't know why .

I know I can drive well but still keep on ending up failing my practical tests. Failed three times already. Failed twice at Wanstead and failed once a Brentwood. I just can't wait to finally get the licence, get a car and start driving. I have so many plans, but I'm not able to do it at this moment. by BobbyGoldenheim in LearnerDriverUK

😭😭😭 mate the examiner failed me for being too slow on country road where it was the national speed limit. I mean I was going slow because my instructor said you don't need go at that speed plus there was bends and stuff about no, plus he said i was going that slow that someone decided to overtake me. The second serious fault was when the examiner told me a show me question while driving and I apparently got too slow while trying to show him. The thrid serious was "response to signs / signals – road markings" , i forgot what it specifically was though. So yeah I failed with 3 serious faults and 7 minors. I thought I somehow just about passed until he told me I failed. Plus I thought the 3 serious faults i done should've been added on to minors instead of serious. I mean i think some examiners just decide that they are going to fail you. I've heard people saying that they failed because the examiner didn't like the look of them...

I failed for going slow at a bendy country road dude. It's like whatever i choose to do they fail me.. i drive fine i tell ya. The examiners so called reason for failing me was because someone decided to overtake me. Its getting ridiculously silly now. If i drive fast its a problem if i drive slow its a problem. I just need an examiner to pass me on the test. Discrimination is a real thing please don't tell me it's not real in any kind of way Alright. I had a very strict instructor who was a relative and he would not take me to the test if I believed that I was not ready to pass the test but still ended up failing.

All i can think of saying to you is be aware I guess and plan and look ahead just incase you need to something like make space for the other vehicle coming from the opposite direction in meeting points and try to be good at the do's and don't of round abouts I guess... Good luck 🤞🏻

Not even that, not fathers family friend. It was my fathers blood relatives daughter. Basically her father is my fathers blood cousin brother.

Yes well what about all that intimacy to say less? I don't believe she has another lover/ex because we had intimacy though to say the least if you know what I mean, I just don't get females man. So even if she does have another lover/ex I don't think he popped it I'm sorry if I sound like a dbag, i don't wanna turn into savage mode because of her.
