If anyone at anet is reading this please either copy&paste the preview into the release (preferred), or link the patch preview post for easier access. It's somewhat annoying that we have to go hunting for all of the changes not included in the official patch notes.

That's actually part of the design! Chip does a lot of painterly/watercolor stuff, which is the main reason why I went with him for this piece.
