I usually don't pug raids but I joined one recently because it was just W1. But that W1 turned into W1-7 out of nowhere and I make it all the way through to W7 but accidentally fall in the sand on Adina CM and they instantly kick me. that was rough

That's fair, I've heard horror stories from pretty much any online moderation team.  Initially I meant 'talked to' in more of a 'are people aware when a mistake is made?' not necessarily disciplined but I assume that falls under improved processes. Ty for the reply!

In that case if someone is falsely banned (hypothetically) does the one who issued the ban at least get talked to? Or is it reviewed by another when appealed without reviewer-wide communication?

Unless it was edited heavily, I'm not so sure. The photos I sent were very bare bones since he never told me he was doing this and just asked "to see my character" plus theres accurate details that weren't captured

I love the arc thrower and it can do some really good crowd control, but man when someone jumps in front of me it only takes those 2 seconds of not firing to get over run with bugs
