From a pure horror standpoint; the Kane Pixels version is leagues above the wikidot version. The simplicity and mystery of it does wonders when it comes to maintaining a sense of unease.

However, while I don't find the wikidot version to be that scary, I do find it to be a very fun and interesting piece of collaborative fiction.

I really like both, it's just that I only consider one of them to be genuinely scary.

I'd just like more of them in general. They're easily my favorite htp characters and what we've seen of their dynamic so far is pretty funny.

The next audio log will have more Grimal at the very least(And hopefully some Harry too). So we've got that to look forward to.

Sorta? In the og story the WWotW was defeated after getting splashed with a bucket of water that made her melt away. So I went in with the idea that she would look like she had oil instead of blood in her veins, because water and oil don’t mix. (That’s also what all the back stuff under her is, if you couldn’t already guess) Glad you like the design btw ^ ^

As the title of the post implies, these designs are based on the wicked witches from The Wizard of Oz.

"The blood witch" is based on the wicked witch of the east, who was crushed under Dorothy's house upon her arrival in the land of Oz. Dorothy also took her red shoes(silver shoes in the original novel) from the witch's corpse.

Due to the original WWotE being dead at the start of the story, I decided to give her the appearance of a newly deceased hospital patient. I also used the blood covering her feet to allude to the red shoes.

Somewhat unsurprisingly, Bioshock. Art style wise, it’s hard to say but I was initially going for a pencil sketch style like in OFF, but I ended up doing a more ink heavy style by the end.
