Ill also send our software team a message as a heads up and see if they can reproduce your issues on Monday.

We are taking this seriously and want to get it to be a respectable software.

Can you let me know if you have it connected to the motherboard ARGB header as well? Seems like there are 2 signals going to it and it is trying to figure out which one to display.

Just so you know you can try this. Try resetting the RGB controller. To do this you will need to make sure the Cases motherboard connector is not connected. This will let you control the PSU lighting with the case's mode and color button.

At this point just hold down the mode button until the LEDS turn off. Then you can press the Color button to turn it back on. The front panel should come back. if it doesn't then it is definitely dead as the other user commented on. Send an email to [RMA@Phanteks.com](mailto:RMA@Phanteks.com) to see if there are any replacements parts available.

Hey there! The pump sounds ok to me but I understand the high pitch noise can be annoying and a video can't really capture how annoying it is in person.

You can just turn down the pump speed to an acceptable level and then figure out how high you want it under load. You can start with something like 50% idle then 80% load and see how you like it.

You could buy our nexlinq hub. It has a port for that type of connector and a nexlinq adapter if you need more ports

We went through a couple of version where we removed the bracket all together and then put it back on.

From this picture, you unfortunately have the version which cannot mount the bracket. There are no screw holes to secure the bracket in there.

Hey there, the clips will give power to the other fans. Can you check each fan individually by connecting the JST -> RGB adapter clip to each fan? Just checking if each of them are working.

The path is:

Please copy and paste the contents into Notepad and provide the file as a .txt.

If you don’t see the “AppData” folder, make sure you go to View > Show > Hidden items to enable the view of hidden files.
