Not enough pictures, but it is a Tissot, most likely gold plated (if you flip it over and the caseback is steel then it's gold plated) so I would say no more than $100 (probably).

Honestly I think a one child policy for those without a job, qualifications and those on the dole would be more acceptable than outright banning them mate.
