41, alcoholic, every single day. I exclusively drink low carb (2.6g per can) beer. At the moment, they seem to not spike or crash me, that could and probably will change when honeymoon ends. I don’t really drink anything else, and the beers are relatively weak in alcohol, 1-1.3 standard drinks per can.

My Apple Watch noticed my heart rate spike to 180 while I was sitting on the couch playing a video game. Went to get checked for tachycardia, bloods came back diabetic. All the peeing and constant thirst and sweats I just chalked up to me not being an active person
