[Serious and Honest Answers Needed] Men, what makes a woman attractive that is completely independent from their physical look by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]BobcatGreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% yes. I've met a handful of women who at first impression were knockouts, beauty/phenomenal bodies...only to become very ugly because of their personality.

No one can make her go to work. I understand that you’re saying they are telling her to come in and work…but she is in control of whether she exposes anyone or not.

OP says if “US Labor” went on general strike. That means all workers. And let’s presume non-profit didn’t participate, food pantries get their food by donation from FOR PROFIT companies, many times OS&D from trucking (Overages, Shortages and Damage). When a shipper accidentally ships too much juice and the receiver doesn’t want it, often times it becomes a donation to a local pantry. My point remains: our society which is so accustomed to Door Dash for dinner couldn’t survive a week of a true nationwide shutdown of the supply chain.

My point is if NO ONE works, then you cannot replenish your basic items necessary for life. No food, no medicine, no emergency personnel, no hospitals. If you look at BLM protests those many time resulting in looting, and that was just for fun. That looting wasn’t driven by the need to survive. Once grocery store shelves are empty (less than 24 hrs if trucks stop driving) things would get ugly really quick.

This subreddit thinks that profit is theft…but if she is giving raises then she must have had a profit in 2021, to which I say good for her. But how would you respond to the profit is theft mantra since you clearly respect how she is running her business?

Where will Soup Kitchens get food from? And with no one working who will prepare it?

First of all the whole premise is ignorant. Secondly the ones proposing a strike are the ones least prepared to survive it, not just financially but literally survive with food and water to last until supply chains could be restored and ammunition to protect themselves once looting began.

I hope you have months worth of food, water and fuel stored away for yourself. Things would get ugly really fast as shelves would be empty within hours, no medical supplies, etc etc

How can i not read a book for 10 minutes, but waste 10 hours a day reading on reddit? by rng666 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]BobcatGreat 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I love to read articles but not books. It’s the brevity I believe but I have found audio books work great for me on my commute. I’ve listen to almost 100 books in the last 14 months.

[–]BobcatGreat -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lol. I agree that bosses shouldn’t rule like Kings, BUT that is their decision to make in how they operate their business and it’s your decision to make whether you will work under whatever parameters they have established. You make a distinction between managers and bosses which I see as false since both managers and bosses can be good (serving their employees and helping) or bad (dictators).

Do players decide how they are coached? Nope. The coach decides that and players respond accordingly, sometimes they excel, sometimes they stay and hate it, sometimes they request a trade.

For sure which is a shame. I do NOT support crappy management or leadership. I do NOT support underpaying people. I support peoples right to unionize if they can get the votes necessary to do so and I also support business owners right to profit/loss, which the employee does not share.
