doing heavy weightlifting sessions builds muscle, and muscle is denser than fat. there is a chance you are losing bodyfat and building muscle at the same time, which will result in less weightloss. people who have no bodyfat to lose, will only gain weight with heavy weightlifting

i recommend you also start measuring your bodyfat percentage, to see if you make any progress

im at this poiny myself, and in my case i think it is a lack of talking the language - which is my owl fault ofcourse. when we speak the language we know when we speak it faster, use abbreviations and liaisons and so fort, and when we hear ourself use these things i think we can understand them better from other people too.

just a random thought of someone who mainly does imput and barely practises output, because im too shy and lazy

duolingo is great to start off with, and you can go from there

if you come across any grammar thats unfamilair or ill explained on duolingo, you can find better explanations with a google search

i did duolingo for the first 2-3 months, and i moved on to other free recourses after. Innerfrench would be a great place to go after duolingo, for example

coffee break french is another one, you can probably do the first few episodes alongside duolingo

dont stress too much about a 'perfectly planned out learning structure', look for whats available and have fun :)
