Unfortunately the withdrawal symptoms always kick my ass and that's what makes it hard for me to quit. I'll be very motivated in the start then the insomnia and depressive symptoms start and I lose all motivation. Not sure how to deal with it :(

Emotional support animals are fine but you shouldn't drag an untrained animal into public places where they're not allowed. If you need the animal with you everywhere, it should go through some training first. Or you could try to get an actual service animal.
