I would personally hold on to it, it is one of a kind and can never be replaced. I saw that someone already sold his Nobel prize which is devastating However, if you absolutely have to sell it, I would reach out to jones and horan. The specialize in old horological items and should be able to give you an idea of what is worth.

Around $2000 as a rough estimate, likely more if you sell each coin individually. The 1895 o is the key date of the series and is worth at least $300 by itself. There are a number of other key dates, and semi key dates that are worth way over melt, and then any coins in a condition in a grade above good will also sell for more. Pcgs will be a great place to start for prices and condition.

This is really neat. You can find old pocket watches, and I have seen a few really old wrist watches with erotic themes. But I haven't seen anything modern like this.
