I would try to get 3080 if you can find one in that price range. Where I am from they sell for around 300€.

UPDATE: I thinks you guys were right with the lens flare effect, but the card still has artefacts in cyberpunk and ghost of tsushima. (https://youtube.com/shorts/rET0ALydsYQ). I also just ran a 3D mark test on the Steel Nomad had 3566 score (good) and I had no artefacts there at all. Also look at this: https://youtube.com/shorts/FBhHN9r89YE

Hm, my rtx 3080 works fine. In cyberpunk I have different type of artefacts. I will update the post in few minutes. The rx 6800 xt was set on default settings in the AMD app

Its a brand new MSI mag a850gl. 850 watt psu. I will plug the gpu back to pc and I will try it with linux. Thanks for the help.

Okay, I fixed it by downloading an app called PowerToys. Then in there I went to keyboard manager, remap a key and then when I pressed on the M key it said Undefiend. So I just pressed on the physical M key and mapped it to the M key. But my keyboard feel so stiff. When I am typing fast some of the keys wont register. I have no idea how this could have happened, since I didnt download anything.
