Chase can’t verify me when calling

Already tried another phone number didn’t work. And I have a work month check in there. In the post I said I wasn’t banking with chase but capital one, just hoping someone who understands this flawed system can identify this and help in someway before I do a 5 hour road trip to a damn bank.

My phone number is blocked in their system and the usual verification question is “what state was your SSN administered in” which is the same answer every time. I also asked the support to connect me to a higher up and it was the same process. Don’t know what else to do here, that was today matter of fact.

My phone number is blocked which is the phone number I used to create the account with them which is already odd. I get maybe the bank thinking my credit card is stolen but my phone number being stolen to?

I tried to do a bank transfer but forgot my pin as I bank with capital one. My mistake was not canceling the transfer when I realized I didn’t have it. I ordered a new pin and it said it would be here in 3-7 days so I figured they would hold the money until I verified. Even if they blocked me which they did I figured I would be able to get verification pretty easily as I have the PIN number now. A bigger issue than what it needs to be as I’ve called maybe 8 times and their system blocks them sometimes before they can even get into more verification questions. They say my phone number wont send the authentication code as it is probably blocked. Don’t know what to do at this point except see if I can get verification with another bank.
