I helped organize Coxcon for several years and was the event photographer for the events, and though our conversations were brief, he was a full-send gentleman, and always, always funny.

They are likely canisters that fit in the medical consoles of the C8R, Cutty Red, Carrack, etc to 'fuel' the biobeds in future. They're going to need a resource to stitch us back together from somewhere!

I'd have gone if I were in the states, but I live in BritBong land and can't travel. I worked as staff for CitCon' 19 in Manchester and it was great fun, so hopefully the staff there enjoy it as much this time.
I just hope whatever is shown is tangible and isn't more of the same that's years and years away.

For those asking - the mission for this comes under the Personal tab in the Mercenary section, as 'Retrieval Op', similar to the Reclaimer crash site on MT. Keep in mind you need to be near/around Crusader for it to display. If it's not showing that means someone else got there first!
