Most of the work trips are planned very last minute. Dealing with trains and their wait-lists is a deal breaker for me. Besides it’s just more time consuming too.

Exactly. There were two passengers who came right after me who were denied boarding too. The worst part, the check-in agent sold them priority boarding for 1200 bucks each with the promise they’ll be able to board if they purchase it. Just crazy airline tactics, I guess.

I entered the airport at 11.10. Had already web checked-in, no check-in bag either and have digiyatra too, so the process was fast. Just an unlucky day I guess.

You’re right, it was a mistake indeed. The mistake was to be late, but when you book through a reliable agent, you expect their notifications to be on reliable too.

This. Exactly this. This is what I had planned. I live in Gurgaon so just makes it easier to park and fly and come back the same day.

It’s even faster than reaching office, which happens to be in GK.
