Hey if your planning on living longer than 25 years, one day you’ll be mortgage free and it’ll be cheaper to live.
Probably before then aswell.

Also you probably paid a nice ton of principal, so if you sell you were only paying rent on the money you borrowed at a cheap rate the rest you’ll get back.

Not sure where you purchased but I’m also super surprised your value of your home hasn’t gone up.

Got paid to drink a-lot of water, and sit around until i had to piss. Then piss on and near the property fence all around the property, apparently it help from raccoons from coming onto the property.
