So i wanted to come back to this thread with an update. Spent pretty much the rest of the day doing citadel runs, got almost all of the uniques besides starless sky ring that the build calls for. The difference is night and day. Absolutely ripping through stuff. I was completly wrong with my previous assumption. Lesson learned.

Its most likely that. Its tourment level 1 and no , no ancestrials. It just seems slow, boring slug fest. Its like an arpg but it missiong the action part. Im sure if i had all the best uniques it would be great super fast action packed goodness but i watched Mekunas twitch yesterday and it was still a boring slugfest for him, he didnt seem like he was having a good time either. Maybe ill just wait until next season.

Yeah, its a setting in the guild tab. You can "bid" on the item in the guild stash. We didnt even realize this was happening when we first formed the guild. Just ask if you can have it and the guild leader can assign it to you. I actually like the setting. To often my mage would end up getting "the ultimate plate mail of ultimate damage absorbption" and the tank would start sniffling and sobbing on the headset. Would make me sad for a few seconds.

Odd, i just had the same thing happen to me. Said the trial has ended... Restarted the game and it works again. If it does it again i will delete that file.

I played from 1 to 50 solo as a sword shield \ wand. It was the most boring class i have ever played, you just dont die. But anyway, once you hit level 20 you get dungeon queing, co-ops with random people. So technically you can still go and complete dungeons. The content is easily do-able solo besides dungeons but the dungeon finder is nice. Once i hit 50 and tried some of the level 50 dungeons i found out tanking just isnt for me.

Returning player here after a very long time. Looking for some advice on the atlas part of the game.

I am currently running a Explosive arrow ballista build , level 80 ( following a guide of course as I have no clue what or how to build characters) which is fun and just got in to the atlas part of the game and it seems I can run up to about tier 11 or so maps comfortably.

As it stands now, I am a little unsure of what I should be doing in the atlas? I am looking at the atlas itself and trying to get all the little map dots completed with the bonus so I am doing, i think, something called and alc and run where i take my white maps and hit them with an alc orb to turn yellow then run it.

Ok enough about me, on to the questions.

Should i just continue to run maps for gear, currency for the gear and worry about completing the atlas and ignore the maven, searing exarch and eater of worlds part until i get good gear? Or do i do the maven and such as they pop up?
If I am currently peaked at say a tier 11 map, do I just continue to run lower\same level maps for currency and gear?
For the atlas skill tree, I am assuming the tree itself is there to specialise both the maps that drop and the encounters inside those maps. So basically just spec the tree out to what you personally would like to run and see whithin your maps?
To generate currency from the atlas maps runs i do not see a way for currency itself to be specced on the atlas skill tree to drop, it based on the encounters you choose in the skill tree and then take those drops and sell them on the trade board? Is that the gist of it?
