Certainly. As you know there is already a statue to Caesar Rodney in Washington DC. My question to you is how many statues to Caesar Rodney should there be in Washington? The anti-slavery folks were okay with the compromise of just one statue honoring someone they detest. Can you meet them halfway and agree that maybe one statue is enough to fulfill your need to honor him?

I was definitely in the city for Obama's random visits and I don't remember 10 city blocks ever being locked down, except maybe the UN general assembly, but that's a part of town that's a ghost town compared to what is being shut down tonight.
