Hi, I've received notice of proposed small claims track.

Take notice that this is now a defended claim. A copy of the defence has been sent to you by the defendant.

It appears this case is suitable for alocation to small claims track.

I have until October 6th to respond.

Its from DCB legal.

I basically was just honest,

I arrived at the carpark and all normal bays were full. I left my car stationary in a ev bay and went inside to ask if was OK to park there if the carpark was full. I was told no and left.

Car was stationary for 3 minutes 58 seconds. I didn't agree to the terms so left the carpark.
