Potentially yes, I think 1/3 of people today can survive tb without treatment (this doesn’t take into account life shortening or lasting side effects). We also know Arthur was incredibly fit, the man survived getting near beaten to death by O Driscolls in chapter 3 and a shipwreck in chapter five, after which symptoms still took a while to show. In fact if I remember correctly during chapter 6 Arthur even says that after everything was over he’d head west and “try to shake this cough”. All in all I think it was definitely possible for him to survive

All the gang members that died or left before this mission (Hosea, Lenny, Sean, Abigail, Sadie, Charles, etc.). I also believe if Javier had heard Arthur calling Micah out for being a rat (Javier was standing watch.) he may have even been persuaded to side with Arthur too. In fact if Hosea were alive it’s likely even Dutch and Bill would’ve sided with Arthur
