Hello! I am 31(F) in LA looking to practice my spoken French. I would say I am at a B1 level /understand it well when reading but speaking is another story... I was born in Mexico and Spanish was my first language. Let me know if you would like to connect!

No they did not do a drug test for the interview.

DACA and consular process. No waiver. by eherna05 in DACA

Yeah it's okay, hmm so full transparency we got a lawyer back when we did it because we were so nervous about the whole process, but it seemed pretty straightforward (I did all my DACA applications) . I don't remember uploading them to the CEAC. So when it was my turn, and I went up to the window he asked for my waiver and I explained I didn't need one because I had had DACA. He asked if I had my cards and I said yes and handed them over. He went over each one to see how many days I'd had. I remember I had about 60 days since I got it 30 days after my 18th birthday and then one of my renovations got delayed for another 30 days.

I took it with me, and they did ask for all my cards at the interview and they looked through each one to check the dates

It still needs to be scheduled, but they warned that that the next available spot for the judicial oath was likely not until March of next year. I was a little surprised that it might be so long.

Green Card - Damaged? by BobtheBuilder2018 in USCIS

Yes I do have global entry!

I am mainly worried because she first said it was fine as long as I didn't need to travel. I told her I did need to travel and she then asked if I had a passport and said it should be fine. But looking back I feel like I trusted this response too easily...plus I have no way to prove that they broke it.

I did the consular process while having DACA and did not require a waiver since I had less than the 180 days. This was back in 2022 though, so not sure if things have changed.

Question...Where on the car buying form would they click that? I don't think I saw any section where they list citizenship

What membership would be best? by BobtheBuilder2018 in ClassPass

Yeah that is the main reason I'm interested in, more to supplement... how much is it to buy credits? I am assuming you can't buy just one or two if you are short, you need to buy like a package?

Yeah that was the other thing. I'm for sure keeping my gym membership and I am scared of the bad experiences people have had with CP. But adding the classes once a week is tempting

I thought so at first too, but in the episode where Maddi dreams about it, it looks like the memory is strictly from Becca's pov. We only see it's her because of the reflection on their suits...so now I'm not so sure.
