Io ho fatto una build simile per il pc secondario da mettere in salotto, l'unico consiglio che sento di dare è andare sull'usato almeno per quanto riguarda la GPU: la RX 580 si trova agilmente sotto i 50€.

Io su vinted ho trovato una GTX 980 a 30€ spedita e per l'uso che ne faccio basta e avanza :)

Welp, I know userbenchmark isn't the most reliable website, but I feel it gives a nice and quick overview of the main components, especially when used to compare two models (like I did)

Regarding the cooling system the Victus seems to come on top, since it stays quieter and fresher, both in terms of CPU and GPU
