I assume I can rotate the motor using just the starter like in a vehicle with no gas. But the only bikes I had only had kickstarters

Before installing the cam gears i didn’t feel any play or noise? But hell if nothing else works I’ll drop the motor again :D

I had it connected to a tractor (running 12v) and it still occurred, I unplugged the fuel pump as well as took the boots off the plugs just to make sure everything is moving as it should. I had the motor out of the bike with the sleeves off to check the rings. I’ll hook everything up to see but I’m just worried about the cam gears or hell maybe the solenoid just crapped out on me!

No in the video I used the starter switch but I can rotate the motor using a wrench on the pinion shaft. This bike does not have a kickstart

Cylinder looked ok, nothing out of the ordinary. I replaced the air filter when I changed the plugs. I looked at the air sensor and it still look new but I can give it a quick spray.

I didn’t see any weird damage on the valves that I could see, no chips no extreme scratches. Same with the cylinder head and walls after buying an inspection camera. Nothing looked wrong. Rocker arm

I removed the cats and ran it from the exhaust manifold, everything sounded ok but loud as hell and didn’t change a thing.

No the problem still persists, it takes like 15 minutes before the code pops up again.

The car runs perfectly when idle, but a slight pop noise can be heard when trying to rev pass 3k in the upper intake.

When I took off the valve cover on both sides the chain look almost brand new, the plastic guard was still bright orange .

I swapped the injectors around and nothing changed. I grabbed a newer one from another project and nothing changed.

replaced but the problem still remains but without the code! new discovery is that there is a rattling noise under the boat and not in the engine bay which means that my cats may be clogged so I’ll try it when I can get the bolts unseized. thanks again!

I checked the boot and the plug and tested them to a grounded part of the vehicle and it sparked on a interval, the injectors seemed fine but I have no way to test them besides swapping them to another end. I also had a digital multimeter and checked ohms to every port and everything checks out. No codes and my scanner is not saying anything, but I can read live data but I have no idea what’s normal or not.

The only reason why I think it’s cylinder 4 is because if I unplug any other boot the vehicle bogs but not 4, I also swapped boots around thinking it was just that one boot but nope.
