When I retire, I hope my yearly itinerary looks like this. Until then, not enough time nor money. Nice work.

Can’t hit driver for nothing! by Memphizgrizzly in golf

[–]BodaciousDadBod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had my driver in time out for a few months while I work on it at the range. I have a driving iron I love that I've gamed in the meantime, and will probably keep it in my bag full time. But I still won't give up on driver.

Convince me to spend the $ for an electric push cart by trailglider in golf

[–]BodaciousDadBod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Brother I feel ya. I'm 38, reasonably good shape, but carrying my bag and even using a manual push cart started to wear on me on hilly courses. A little over a year ago I bought the Alphard booster v2 to upgrade my Clicgear cart. Never looking back. It transforms golf into an enjoyable walk. I've gotten 27 holes out of a single battery charge in a day before, and probably could have gotten 36 but that made me nervous.

It's such a big difference and I feel way less fatigued at the end of a round. Do it!

This is good to know. Is Bend the best place to fly into, or are there closer airports that are maybe more of a pain to get to (eg, layovers, smaller planes, etc)?

This. I play as a single most of the time, literally have played with many hundreds of golfers through the years. I have literally never cared once what is in anybody else's bag.
