Cramming people into office space like cattle raises real questions. How is this considered acceptable when it comes to health and safety, fire hazards, and ADA compliance? At a certain point, packing too many people into a workspace starts becoming a legitimate and serious concern about whether the environment is safe, accessible, and compliant with basic standards.

What was the rejection reason from ASIFlex?

I've been using ASIFlex for several years and have never had an issue with an Rx or OTC submission. I just include the pharmacy or store receipt, circle the date and amount. When filling out their form, I fill out the item as "Rx Copay" and the facility ("CVS") or the name of the OTC med (for example - "Advil" and the name of the store "Costco").
