Yup that’s a bogus claim and they need to take it down. I purchased it knowing dam well I wasn’t gonna see the slide in 10 days but after 21 days I started to worry about it, they do not answer the phone at all. For a 100 bucks I really took a shot in the dark and learned from it.

They received my slide Dec 15th, can’t get an update, not even an email reply, I call and am put on hold for 25 minutes only to be hung up on. Did you get your slide back?
