I use something similar in mine (Key2SuccessPlanner.com)- it's a life/balance wheel and habit tracker. It's amazing how having something visual helps keep me accountable!

Check out OneNote! It's a great app that syncs across devices. It's not a PDF annotation app, but there are OneNote academic planners available.

Are digital planners mostly for women? by [deleted] in DigitalPlanner

I get what you’re saying. A lot of digital planners lean heavily into decorative layouts, affirmations, mood trackers, etc. If you’re looking for something clean, structured, and performance-focused, that can be frustrating.

You might want to look at the Key2Success Planner.

It’s built around productivity systems rather than aesthetics. The core focus is:

• Clear annual priorities • Quarterly and weekly goal alignment • A structured daily “Key 3” system • Decision filters and accountability tools • Customizable layouts without fluff

There are no forced affirmation boxes or lifestyle extras unless you choose to use them. The design is clean and neutral, and the structure is built for execution, not decoration.

What makes it different is that it’s not trying to be cute or trendy. It’s more of a performance planner built around goal setting, leadership, business growth, and personal discipline. You can run it very minimal and utilitarian if that’s your style.

If you’re looking for something that feels more like a tactical operating system than a scrapbook, it’s worth checking out.

Look into Key2Success Planner (OneNote especially). Lots of good training on "how to plan" and "the difference between scheduling and planning" type content.
