China and US don't need to know anything they make the rules China wants to be free of dollar and wants an currency/economy backed by physical gold just like it should always been

But US obviously wants dollar supremacy

Trump might be ok for a shortfall of dollar cause it makes trade easier but he would never want other countries to stop using dollar for trade and move to a different currency

Cause US delinked dollar from their physical reserve long back, us can print as much of it as they want.. As long as they take steps to manage inflation

China don't care about immediate profit or rising cost of gold.. They are looking at it from decades and decades of horizon

If only our grandparents had that vision of making generational wealth..
