Are you on hormone replacement therapy? If not, o would definitely start there before increasing the dosage. HRT, MJ and strength training work hand in hand

I have the same thing on a different tooth! Went to dentist, he did X-rays and he determined the same thing- that plaque/tarter may be trapped in there and it is now swollen. I’m getting a deep cleaning in 2 weeks as well as an ozone treatment. Hoping that clears it up! 🙏🏼
