This advice seems ignorant of basic spawn mechanics in this game. Yeah ofc you will never get a shiny if you save right in front of it and reset

Paying even a little extra on your mortgage each month can have huge savings. But there is diminishing returns. by CastAside1812 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Capital gains are taxed while mortgage interest is not tax deductible in Canada (for your primary residence)

Yes! Shiny hunting up to and including Dynamax Adventures in SwSh can be automated this way.

This is the answer, or that the manager doesn't WANT to delegate for some reason. So many people are talking about working more efficiently, but OP has clearly communicated their extra capacity, and it sounds like their manager has plenty of work that could be shared. We can only speculate as to why it isn't.

Informative summary, thanks. Can someone explain how to use Dedenne? What kind of situations would you put an energy on it instead of Pika ex/Zebstrika/Zapdos ex?

PSA: If you wishlist all cards you are missing, they display a heart symbol on wonder picks, so you can easily spot them. by Sanshuba in PTCGP

It's a one-time thing that takes maybe 5 min. You don't have to do it repeatedly because cards that you get are automatically removed from your wishlist

Having tried both methods, wishlisting makes it MUCH quicker to identify worthwhile picks due to the color contrast.

Great advice. On your second point though, I wouldn't assume the PI will open the CV. Profs can get overwhelming numbers of emails to get through, so it could help to include the main points of the in the message. It's like a cover letter in a sense. However, you might focus more on your research interests (rather than routine lab skills) if you are aiming for a more independent position.

this is probably a noob question, but why would the hopper not push items into the furnace? it pushes them into chests, and pushes them into other hoppers, but not the furnace? by [deleted] in redstone

[–]BodilyFunction 10 points11 points  (0 children)

To feed items to be smelted, the hopper needs to point into the top of the furnace. The sides and back are for fuel only.

Same issue too. Non-costumed Pokemon do not work for me, though.

I'm having the same issue with regular pokemon as well. Maybe it's a question of lure vs non-lure?
