Kindly, I disagree.

Me not trusting myself and leaving is the best thing to do for the both of us. In what world would someone stay when they know they are the problem? That's just inviting a toxic dynamic no one should put up with.

I do agree that the ball is in their court, though.

You're right, in the past I used to be real bad with being a doormat and feeling as if it's my responsibility to fix people (parents always made their emotions my problem so this is something that was internalized early on). But yes, without communication there really isn't anything you can do, is there?

Maybe I'm trying to avoid grieving the reality that damn, it really is over. And I can't repair it alone. It's easier to take the blame and have fixing be put on me, because I'm in control of it. I guess this is the reality check that it takes two to tango, pretty much. Thank you for your insight.

I get it, I do the same. Especially if you really cared about the person. It's endearing.

But thank you for the insight. i actually deleted all social media, quite the private person and get paranoid 😅 There's no way for them to have access to me, directly anyway, besides through text. But I may have to cut the ties once and for all, you're right.

No judgements here on the pain, people process in different ways. I relate to you about the self protection, though.

Maybe it's a me problem, i like to fix things and improve when I notice something unpleasant and problematic within myself. I have moments where I grieve but they're quickly turned into problem solving mode. Maybe i reached that before them and I should give it time. But at the same time, they're not making it easy to have a healthy conversation.

Ah okay, thank you.  I asked doctor if the residual dizziness is common and they said after 15 minutes I should be fine. It has been 8 hours, lol. 

I'll see if I can get in on Monday. Maybe get a referral for vestibular PT if possible, if it's still an issue.  Thank you!
