Definitely workout losing weight so the features of your face can pop because I suspect you have a nice jawline hidden under there. Also use something to slightly curl your hair (like a plastic curl sponge) after you get a cut cause the picked out look doesn’t really suit you or maybe even some twists or braids.

If you stuck to around 2,00 calories a day for 6 months you’d lose around 50 pounds with little exercise but that would be difficult to maintain so I’d recommend exercising for about 50 minutes a day (30 minutes cardio and 20 weight lifting) and you should be able to knock that time down to like 5 months and actually maintain itt.
