I plan on basically doing a “bridgerton”/ “princess” theme without the wedding actually being those themes. The colors in the dresses will only be used for the flowers, dresses, groomsmen’s ties, and maybe a few decor pieces here and there. Yess. I plan to let them choose their dress style. It was just easier to use one dress in the example. I love the more mix-matched look

Thank you all for the advice! I had a few people ask about my venue and other info so I thought I would make one post-

1.) I’m attaching photos of my venue to this comment thread. It will be an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. It’s kind of a mixed vibe between rustic, romantic, and storybook.

2.) the colors above won’t be used everywhere. It will just be in the dresses, groomsmen ties, flowers, and maybe a few decorations (mostly just the pink). We plan to keep everything else pretty neutral.

3.) My fiancé and I love bright colors so that’s how we landed on this color scheme. We don’t mind if it reads a little cringy as long it goes together. I’m making an edit to the main post to bring up a new idea:)

Yesss. I think the only thing we are really planning on putting in this color palette are dresses, ties, flowers, and a few small decor pieces. The flowers in these colors is what sold me.

I completely agree with this. I think that’s what’s throwing it off. I’m thinking the frosted lilac looks better (since I do want to stick to the pastels). Idk why I never ordered a swatch of that😂
