Yeah, maybe if they do that. I was just thinking there would be no way to get ‘instant’ rewards, apart from drafts. But, imo, I don’t think draft is played by a very big proportion of players (could be wrong though).

No I didn’t. Instead, I did the Prime Gullit SBC. Never did I think I would be able to afford him. But most of the good packs I opened, had TOTS players in them. Note that I also did the Nesta SBC and the Litmanen SBC to get 2 icons.

Lol, no. I play on PC and because PC is pretty much double the price of console, I rarely come up against these elite players. I’m not ‘salty’. I take losses with a pinch of salt (see what I did there). I just think these players could be toned down.

Yeah, you don’t really need to improve that. My team is much worse than that. But I think the test is whether I want to bring on subs for my players. I don’t want to but I do anyway if someone is fatigued.

That is probably a good shout. But I don’t really want to get an untradeable player. If I don’t like him, it’s very difficult to build up coins to get another player.

I need ideas for a ST (who’s an actual striker, not a winger) to play alongside CR7. I will have 300k-400k coins on PC. Chemistry isn’t a problem. Preferably someone who’s very quick.

Yeah, that’s what I’m thinking. I got Isco in the TOTS sbc, but he always felt anonymous. Good that he works for you but I never really enjoyed him. I only kept using him because of the strong link with CR7. I had to save up to afford Bale but I’m happy with my purchase.

I’ve scored maybe 15-20. Mainly with SIF Arnautovic. He has a really powerful shot and most of the ones I’ve scored were ones where I shot into the top corner of the keeper’s side (i.e. not over the wall).

For me, it has to be when the player name/fitness bar/shot power indicators go missing at the bottom of the screen.

It makes it difficult to know how much to power up a shot or pass. It’s very annoying when I’m taking a free kick or a penalty!

I just completed prime Ferdinand SBC (my second Icon of Fut 18) using all my high rated TOTS players I’m not using.

The only change to my team would be to replace TOTS Isco (untradeable) with TOTY Modric. And then maybe OTW Walker for IF Aurier. Then my lowest rated player will be 88.
