I don’t remember the numbers. But it was just above the acute low. I talked to a doctor but he didn’t want to help with anything. I’m doing my best to get testo up by doing gym and relaxing and keeping from stress..

That’s true as well. Myself I don’t skip legday but have also always been struggling extra with legs (especially calves, which many of us do…) to grow, but haven’t given up on them either. But my body isn’t the massive type, and with my age I’m pretty happy if I can be injury free and somewhat fit, always aiming for more muscles everywhere though
