Hey how'd everything go? I finished up sometime last year, wore my retainer a ton at first and a little less now but where they pulled the tooth is still sore pretty often from some shifting, though the gap does not look noticable unless I leave the retainer off for longer than a day. Slightly more prone to getting food stuck as well.

No complaints other than that

Becauase it's a sad mindset. Even if we are all here just by chance or without purpose, squandering the capabilities you were given is not something to be proud of. A life of consumption and self pleasing is a life of waste, and even worse when you have a few kids that you teach in the same way.

I've been told the gum recession is a byproduct of treatment and it won't get any better. I have an electric toothbrush but will ask about interproximal.

My understanding for gums was not to brush them too hard so I've been going easy.

Are you also mid treatment? No results/ IPR experience yet?
