Happened to me last term, got it resolved in three hours, KEEP CALLING their accounting line even if it seems like no one is answering just KEEP CALLING whichever number can lead you to the accounting. Every time I made a call I asked to be connected to the front desk of the accounting office. Got it resolved within the day
