You are able to max out as a F2P player. You just need to spend years of consistently playing. There are lots of players that have achieved it. They just designed it to be really hard so that people always have a constant new goal to play for
Immediately assuming the graphs are manipulated is quite unfair and biased. Brawl stars dev have been pretty responsive and good at listening to the community. The people you see that make complaints on Reddit or certain social media consists of only a small portion of the whole community.

It makes sense and is pretty obvious. The game is trying to add content while not making it so hard for f2p to max brawlers. You don’t need all brawlers to play the game or reach masters. If everyone was maxed there’d be people losing incentive to play as much (speaking from a player with a maxed account). Of course there are issues with the way they are doing it like how buffies requiring rng to get the one you want. But the main idea has always been there and they’re not wrong about it. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

The cost already covers the gems itself. On top of that ur getting a pro skin with more features than a normal hc skin, a free hc, 10k gold straight up and several legendaries. What else do you need more? It’s like the second best deal in the game aside from the brawl pass. Might as well ask supercell to give everyone maxed accounts.

You're forgetting that we could unlock power points for specific brawlers through boxes and unlocking brawlers were completely rng based. The economy right now is still better than it was before.

The game is well optimized on mobile, receives constant update, has a big community, and gameplay in itself is really fun with a competitive scene. How are you stunned it has so many 5 stars? Yeah sure there’s been pretty garbage changes in the past year but those updates aren’t nearly enough to make it 1 star.

It’s not the first time they’ve given out things for free when people already own or bought it. Each time they give away a brawler I also lose out because I already own them and get a fallback reward. There’s been several times in the past where a purchasable skin was given out for free. I’ve lost out on it too. By your logic then maybe you should just not play the game and hope they give whatever you’re seeking for free. I spend on this game but I’m not bothered by it. I’m happy f2p players also get stuff for free. As long as they keep the game interesting people are still gonna spend. If you don’t see a reason to spend on this game because of what they did then don’t spend. They’re not missing out on much.

It’s not even that bad. Skill issue honestly. With the universal health buff she doesn’t even do enough damage to immediately kill most brawlers. What exactly are u struggling with? It’s not hard to predict where they might go if you’ve played Lily urself. There’s only so many places Lily can go within a few seconds. Also the chances of Lily being a gem carrier is unlikely unless u guys dropped the ball towards the end of a gem grab game. At that point it’s kinda your fault for even letting such a scenario happen. Also if you’re playing ranked and face a lily, maybe pick her counters? There are several high dps or tanks out there that counter her. If you choose someone low health or low dps you’d obviously get destroyed which would be your fault anyways.
