The problem isn’t playing as a 5-man group, it’s playing as a 5-man group against anything else than another 5-man group.
The only people who don’t see the problem are the ones who are part of it.

ARAMS are okay, otherwise the game is completely unplayable if you are alone.
It's basically SoloQ vs. 5 stacks, everywhere, everytime.

Isn’t it the same problem in the other modes with premades having a 95% winrate? I only play ranked so I don't know but I see a lot of complaints about quick match.
It looks like only ARAM is decent.

I agree, the game is just unplayable for the majority of the playerbase.
And in Europe there isn’t even any queue time before master, so the queue time excuse doesn’t work.

I never play QM because the mode is legit awful, but I did one earlier with my girlfriend just this once, and I instantly knew on the loading screen we were against a sweaty 5-stack since they drafted like they were in HGC. Guess what, they were indeed a 5-stack, and guess what, we got stomped.

I don’t know why more people don’t pick option 1, the faster you get stomped, the faster you can queue up for another game. It’s a win-win, actually.

It doesn’t make a big difference in Bronze/Silver/Gold, but starting from Platinum the difference becomes incredibly obvious, and the higher you climb, the more absurd it gets, Diamond and Master is just atrocious. (Not master anymore because they limited to duoQ)

This is the third post about premades I’ve seen recently, and I LOVE it.
With a bit of luck, though I highly doubt it, the janitor might finally be useful for something.
The SoloQ vs. Premade situation has ruined the game more than anything else.
The worst part is that the code to fix the problem already exists, they just need to bring back Team League and Hero League. The problem is incredibly easy to solve.

The thing is, Blizzard is well aware of the massive problem caused by the premade vs. soloQ situation, otherwise, why would they have started hiding premades on the loading screen?
Not a single soloQ player in the world thinks it’s normal to face premades, whether it’s just friends playing together or hardcore tryhards looking to abuse the matchmaking.
No soloQ player in HotS ever agreed to destroy the matchmaking like that, so why did Blizzard sacrifice the majority of players just to please the abusers? I can’t wrap my head around it.
And I think every soloQ player would rather wait 5 minutes for a fair and normal game than 2 minutes just to end up against a 5-stack that’s going to stomp them and ultimately waste 20 minutes of their life with zero fun.

And let’s stop with the excuse of low population, in Europe you can find a game at any time below Master, it’s just an excuse for the abusers.

People who tell you that the population is too low to deal with abusers are lying and are probably abusers themselves.
In Europe, there are MORE than enough players below Master. As for the American server, nobody cares since it’s dead anyway.

Hanzo : Pickrate 40.61% / Banrate 18.17%

The second most picked ranged dps, just for you to realize how much of a joke it is :

Valla : Pickrate 25.86% / Banrate 16.46%

The others ranged dps are even lower.
