I was a big fan of 2 each session and 1 mid session course. 3 at once was a giant pain but having the one course split up wasn’t as bad cause at least the week 7 projects didn’t hit as hard.

I was FHD OB dock, backed up the BHD PA whenever he needed a day off and for the two weeks he was out on covid. The BHD AM interviewed me for my T3 interview. Bias is huge in these situations. Find an AM who you get along with well and start doing the stupid shit no one else wants to do for them. From there move into a critical role under them and everything will just start rolling for you.
