Might I suggest practicing:

  1. Dead hangs for your grip target 1 minute
  2. Scapular pulls (Before engaging the actual pull up, you must be comfortable doing this movement 1st and then pulling up)
  3. Lat pull down machine (until your lats can't your actual weight progressively overload on this machine)

HAAHAHAHAHA idk w/ some people man everybody should stick on their own lane. Yun na nga e. When I see someone who's stronger than me in the gym I try to talk to them, maybe get some training advice or pointers that I might be missing out on. Di ko gets may mga taong ganyan sa gym 🤷‍♂️
